This is this image that will take you to the Astral Plane whenever you wish. Stare at the image for as long as you can, and when you finally feel that tug of another being's energy, ponder what it felt like.
This is the first step to freeing your mind from the Matrix that we exist in. This world is a video game, and this video game can be accessed by just about anyone on Planet Earth. The first Astral Level that you will probably open to is the first level, which is largely controlled by light and other mechanical things.
The second level is controlled by your mind. Others will be there. They will either try to help you or they will try to destroy you. But not to worry, there is no such thing as death in the Astral Planes. The most that happens is "waking" upon Astral Death, whereby your mind is sucked back to your current physical plane in which you are reading and watching this website. Within the second plane, there are two factions which actively try to control each other. They are called the Coalition and the Allegiance. Do not join either of them no matter what, for both are trying to get what the other has (which is unknown).
Do not enter the third level. It is too difficult to manage for any traveler. Many who have entered have described it to be infinitely dark. Many on the Coalition say that they gain powerful intelligence from the third level, but it is not true. The third level is theorized to be a vacuum that surrounds the universe. It is like the blank slate that surrounds our existence. It has no room for energy of any sort.
Some theorize of a fourth or fifth level, but it is not possible.
